Chaoyang Fengyuan Packaging Products Co., Ltd. hereby makes the following solemn declaration:

Chaoyang Fengyuan Packaging Products Co., Ltd. is a lawfully established enterprise engaged in commercial printing services. In undertaking printing business, the Company strictly complies with the Regulations on the Administration of the Printing Industry of the People’s Republic of China, as well as other applicable laws, administrative regulations, and relevant regulatory provisions. The Company resolutely refuses to accept or print any materials containing the following content:

 1. Content opposing the fundamental principles of the Constitution;

 2. Content endangering national unity, sovereignty, or territorial integrity (including but not limited to separatist content such as “Taiwan independence,” “Hong Kong independence,” or “Xinjiang independence”);

 3. Content disclosing state secrets, endangering national security, or harming national honor or interests;

 4. Content inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermining ethnic unity, or infringing upon ethnic customs or practices;

 5. Content promoting or disseminating cults or superstitions (including but not limited to Falun Gong, Almighty God, Disciples’ Society, Bodhi Gong, Shouting Sect, Yuanji Gong, and the Unification Church);

 6. Content disrupting social order or undermining social stability (such as illegal pyramid schemes);

 7. Content promoting obscenity, gambling, violence, or instigating criminal activities;

 8. Content insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;

 9. Content endangering social morality or national cultural traditions;

 10. Other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, or national provisions, including but not limited to counterfeit registered trademarks, pirated publications, scanned books, and illegal publications with unlawful content or publications that should be published but have not been lawfully published.

If any commissioned printed materials are found to fall under the above circumstances, Fengyuan Company shall immediately report the matter to the public security authorities, who shall pursue legal liability in accordance with the law. Any advance payment or deposit paid by the commissioning party shall not be refunded.

This declaration is hereby made.
